How do I get a freight quote?

— Instantly. Every state and route page shows live LTL and full truckload rates, and the calculator prices your shipment by weight and dimensions. A manager then confirms the final door-to-door price before pickup.

Do you require prepayment?

— No. We work without prepayment: you pay when your freight is delivered to the destination, before unloading.

Will the price change after I book?

— No. The rate we confirm in writing is the rate you pay. No surprise fuel or accessorial charges added at delivery.

What affects my LTL rate?

— Distance, weight, freight class and dimensions, equipment type (dry van, refrigerated, flatbed) and extra services such as liftgate or residential pickup and delivery.

Which is cheaper for me: LTL or a full truckload?

— For 1–6 pallets LTL is usually cheaper: you pay only for the trailer space you use. For larger loads, tight deadlines or fragile freight, a dedicated full truckload is the better value.

How far in advance should I book my shipment?

— We can arrange same-day and next-day pickups on many lanes, but booking 1–2 business days ahead usually gets you a lower rate and guarantees the right equipment.

How long will delivery take?

— A truck typically covers 500–600 miles per day. For example, Miami to Dallas (about 1,300 miles) runs 2–3 transit days by full truckload; LTL usually adds 1–2 days for terminal handling.

Can you deliver faster?

— On most lanes we can arrange expedited service or team drivers who keep the truck moving around the clock. Tell the manager your deadline and we will quote the options.

How do I track my freight?

— Your manager stays in touch by phone, chat or email and provides location updates on request from pickup to delivery.

Do I need to bring my freight anywhere?

— No. Service is door-to-door: the driver picks up at your dock or address. If there is no loading dock, request a liftgate truck when booking.

What documents will I receive?

— A written rate confirmation before pickup, a Bill of Lading (BOL) signed at loading, and a Proof of Delivery (POD) after your freight arrives. Closing paperwork is sent within 3 business days.

Do we sign an agreement?

— Yes. Every shipment moves under a written rate confirmation, so the price and terms are fixed before the truck is dispatched.

Is my freight insured?

— Shipments move under the carrier's cargo liability coverage. For high-value freight, additional cargo insurance can be arranged — the cost depends on declared value and route.

What if something goes wrong in transit?

— Your manager handles it with you: any claim is processed under the Bill of Lading terms, and we keep you informed until it is resolved.

Who loads and unloads the truck?

— At business locations with a dock, your team loads and the receiver unloads. Liftgate service is available for locations without a dock. Loading labor is not included in the freight rate but can be arranged.

Will my cargo be transferred between trucks?

— Full truckload freight stays on one truck from pickup to delivery. LTL freight may move through carrier terminals — that is standard practice; if your cargo is fragile, ask for a dedicated truck.

What counts as oversized freight?

— Anything beyond standard legal trailer limits: roughly 8.5 ft wide, 13.5 ft tall loaded, or over 45,000 lbs of payload. Oversized loads require state permits before they can move.

How long do oversize permits take?

— Usually 2 to 10 business days, depending on the load and how many states the route crosses. We handle the permit process for you.

Can you ship frozen or perishable goods?

— Yes. Refrigerated (reefer) trailers hold a constant set temperature for the entire trip, so perishable and frozen products arrive in condition.

Do you haul hazardous materials?

— No, we do not transport hazmat-class cargo.

What equipment do you offer?

— Dry vans for general freight, refrigerated trailers for temperature-controlled loads, and flatbeds for machinery and construction materials — available as LTL or full truckload.

Which regions do you cover?

— All 48 contiguous states, with instant rates published for more than 14,000 state-to-state and city-to-city lanes.

Can you arrange escort vehicles for oversized loads?
